Scrumptious Stacks is a street food dessert business based in the West Midlands, specialising in delicious crumbles with a British and locally sourced ethos. Founded by Amy, Scrumptious Stacks regularly trades at popular venues such as Digbeth Dining Club across multiple locations, Herbert’s Yard, and also offers bookings for weddings, parties, and corporate events.

The Challenge:

In June 2024, Amy, the founder of Scrumptious Stacks, approached us at Zebra PR after being referred by a loyal client, Rachel Robinson from Mawley Milk. Amy’s business was thriving, with growing demand at events and festivals. However, her increasingly busy schedule meant she had little time to dedicate to managing her social media channels. She wanted to maintain a fun, engaging, yet professional presence online, especially on Instagram and Facebook, and was eager to establish a presence on TikTok.

We also created a relatable ‘bloopers’ video from the outtakes!

The Results:

In just 30 days, entirely organically, we saw significant growth across all platforms:

  • Instagram: A following increase of 139, reaching 7,932 individual accounts, with 87 click-throughs to the website.
  • Facebook: An initial reach of 497 accounts.
  • TikTok: We launched the account with 10 posts, receiving 150 likes and gaining 18 followers within the first month.

By 8-weeks of the social media supercharge, these numbers doubled:

  • Instagram: We reached 14,590 individual accounts and saw continued growth in followers and engagement.
  • Facebook: The reach expanded to 751 accounts.
  • TikTok: Gained additional traction as more content was added.
